Mr. Oh is a registered patent attorney with expertise in a communication network, radio frequency technology, a structure of base station device, and a communication standard. He is the partner patent attorney of Kwang and Jang with about 9 years experience in IP practice, particularly dealing with patent prosecution, patent litigation, patent licensing and the counseling of clients on a broad range of the intellectual property related matters.

Prior to joining Kwang and Jang, Mr. Oh worked at Lee & Kwon IP law firm as the patent attorney responsible for prosecutions on behalf of Samsung Electronics. Mr. Oh has in-depth knowledge and experience of telecommunication technologies, communication standard and any other devices such as base station, mobile device, and antennas.

Mr. Oh received his bachelors of Degree in electric/electronic/communication engineering from KOREA University. In 2014, Mr. Lee passed Korean patent bar.

Mr. Oh is a member of the KPAA(Korea Patent Attorneys Association).
