Mr. Kim is a registered pattent attorney with expertise in computer, network, the Internet, software, wireless communication, semiconductor, display, artificial intelligence (A.I.), user interface and visual processing. He is the co-founder of Kwang and Jang with more than 5 years experience in IP practice, particularly dealing with patent prosecution, patent litigation, patent licensing and the counseling of clients on a broad range of the intellectual property related matters.

Prior to founding Kwang and Jang, Mr. Kim worked for Lee & Kwon IP law firm as the associate attorney(team leader) responsible for prosecutions on behalf of Samsung Electronics. Mr. Kim has in-depth knowledge and experience of copyrights for computer programs, mobile phones and network servers.

Mr. Kim received his bachelors of Science Degree in Electric and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University. In 2015, Mr. Kim passed Korean patent bar.

Mr. Kim is a member of the KPAA(Korea Patent Attorneys Association).
